REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY (RDA)

A Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) is a simplified form to fill out when you intend to conduct minor work in the Buffer Zone (generally 50 feet from the resource area), with minimal or no proposed structures within the buffer zone.

The Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) process is used to confirm wetland boundaries, riverfront area or other resource areas on a parcel of land.

ORDER OF CONDITIONS (OOC) / ORDER OF RESOURCE AREA DELINEATION (ORAD)

The Order of Conditions (OOC) is the permit for the project, which defines how the project must be developed. The Order of Conditions is valid for three years from the date of issuance and must be recorded in the Norfolk Registry of Deeds. 

 

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE (COC)

Certificates of Compliance (COC) are the final permit issued by the Conservation Commission to certify that work performed under the Order of Conditions has been completed.
