Once you get the Orders of Conditions and before any work begins at the site follow these steps:

1. Register the Order of Conditions at the Registry of Deeds in Dedham and send proof of recording (a copy of the page with the Registry's stamp and the registry receipt) to the Commission's office.

2. Send a letter to the Commission that states:

• You have read and understand the Order of Conditions.
• The names, addresses and phone numbers of all subcontractors, your engineer, and contact person at the site. Also include confirmation that they have been given a copy of the Order to read.
• A timetable for contruction.

3. Place the bond (if required) with the Town Treasurer.

4. Call Conservation office for a haybale inspection.
