The Wrentham Housing Authority operates two developments, one for senior/disabled residents and one for families.

Senior/Disabled Housing

There are 66 one bedroom units for seniors and disabled persons. The apartments are located on Garden Lane which is off Taunton Street and behind the Wrentham District Court.

Family Housing

There are 15 units of family housing located on New Emerald Lane off Shears Street and near the Wrentham Developmental Center. There are 4 four bedroom units, 5 three bedroom units and 6 two bedroom units. Town residents receive a priority over non-residents but must complete an application to get on the waiting list.
