The office of Constable for the Town of Wrentham is an elected, 3-year, bonded, office. The office is vested with a broad range of statutory power. It serves all civil rights and processes, subpeona's such as evictions, small claims, capias arrests, bail bonds, etc.

Also, the office serves all warrants and other processes directed to them by the Board of Selectmen and other officials for notifying of town meetings, elections, and other purposes. They serve by copy, attested by them, and post such notices in all three precincts in the town.
