Aerobic Dance Class
Exercise your mind and body with aerobic dance. Easy format choreographed to music adapts to all levels of fitness. Increase your energy, improve your cardiovascular function, prevent bone loss, strengthen and tone muscle and enhance agility and balance. There are fall, winter and spring sessions. Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:00PM in the Roderick Elementary School gym. The cost is $140 for 24 classes. The first week is complimentary. FINAL REGISTRATION for both the 1st and 2nd grade skills program and the 3rd through 8th grade program will be held in the Town Hall Lobby on the following dates:

Skills program 2011
This program is open to Wrentham boys and girls in 1st and 2nd grade. It will be held on Saturdays beginning on January 8 and continue through February 12. The program will emphasize intruction of various skills such as passing, dribbling, shooting and basic offense and defense. It will be held in the Gibbons Gym at the Delaney School.
1st grade will meet from 12-12:50PM and 2nd grade will meet from 1-1:50PM.
The cost is $75 per player. Class size is limited to 50 players per session, filled on a first come/first served basis.
Grade 3-Grade 8 program 2011
This program is open to boys and girls living in Wrentham, Norfolk and Plainville. This is a non-competetive, instructional, fun recreational basketball program for everyone involved. We do not keep any records, we do not actively keep score, we do not name the teams, have overtimes or playoffs. The first 20 minutes is practice time and then a 4 quarter game is played. The program runs for 8 weeks, from January 8th through February 26th.
The cost is $90 per player with a maximum of $200/family. You can save $5 per player is you choose to re-use the reversible mesh jersey that was issued last year.
