The Wrentham Public Health Nurses provide services to all ages free of charge for anyone who lives in Wrentham. In addition to many individualized services, we also offer:

**INSURANCE INFORMATION WILL BE REQUESTED FOR EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF AGE.  ANYONE WITHOUT INSURANCE IS WELCOME, NO FEES WILL BE CHARGED.

 2011  SEASONAL (yearly) FLU CLINICS:                                   

 HIGH RISK ONLYage 65 & older or 12 yrs of age & older with chronic medical conditions.

TIME:       10 - 12 noon   &  1pm - 3pm

GENERAL PUBLIC CLINIC:    12yrs of age & older

2011  SEASONAL (YEARLY) FLU SHOTS:   CLINIC DATES POSTED ABOVE IN THE EVENTS SECTION ON THIS SITE.   Available for residents  12 yrs of age & older.  Please call for further info. 508-384-5485.   INSURANCE CARDS & INFO.  WILL BE REQUESTED FOR EVERYONE, REGARDLESS OF AGE.  ANYONE WITHOUT INSURANCE IS WELCOME NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED. 

Blood Pressure Clinics:   2011

The 3rd Wednesday of every month.  For anyone who lives in Wrentham, all ages welcome.  The clinic is held at the Senior Center, 400 Taunton St. from 10am - 12noon.  See calendar for dates.  

Severe Weather - Emergency Kits

Water: At least one gallon daily per person for three to seven days.

Food: At least enough for 3 to 7 days non-perishable packaged or canned food/juices foods for infants or the elderly

  • snack foods
  • non-electric can opener
  • cooking tools/fuel
  • paper plates/plastic utensil

    Linens: Blankets, pillows, towels, facecloths and rags.

    Clothing: Seasonal/rain gear/sturdy shoes

    First Aid Kit: Medicines, prescription drugs, antiseptics, bandages, pain relievers

    Special Items: Baby clothing, toys, supplies as well as anything elderly may need

    Toiletries: Basic hygiene items and moisture wipes

    Tools: A multi-tool or Swiss Army knife, flashlights with batteries, rope, tape, radio that is either battery operated or handcranked; fully charged cell phone with extra batter and a traditional telephone (landline) not cordless

    Cash: Small bills, debit cards and credit cards

    Entertainment: Books and board games, puzzle games

    Important Documents: Keep copies of insurance, medical records, bank account numbers, Social Security card, passport, etc., in a waterproof container or watertight resealable plastic bag

    Vehicle: Make sure tires are inflated and gas tank is full and vehicle is equipped with an emergency roadside repair kit. In the winter, a small shovel as well as sand, ice melter and blankets.

    Pet Care Items: Proper identification/immunization records and medications should be kept in waterproof container

    • Amble supply of food and water
    • Moist towelettes for cleanups
    • Cat litter and small container
    • A carrier or cage equipped with blanket/newspaper
    • Muzzle and leash
    • Dog or cat toys
