NOTIFICATION TO ABUTTERS UNDER THE

 MASSACHUSETTS WETLANDS PROTECTION ACT

 In accordance with the second paragraph of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, you are hereby notified of the following:

A. The name of the applicant is: __________________________________________________________________.

B. The applicant has filed a Notice of Intent with the Conservation Commission for the municipality of Wrentham in Norfolk County seeking permission to remove, fill, dredge or alter an Area Subject to protection Under the Wetlands Protection Act (General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40).

D. Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the Wrentham Conservation Commission office, 79 South Street., Wrentham, MA 02093.

F. The public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday evening, __________________ in the second floor conference room of Town Hall, 79 South Street, Wrentham. Meetings begin at 7:30 P.M.

NOTE: Abutters must be notified 10 days in advance of the opening of the public hearing.  Notification can be made by Certified Mail or by Hand Delivery.  Abutters lists may be obtained from the Assessors Office.

NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including its date, time, and place, will be published at least 5 (five) days in advance in The Sun Chronicle newspaper, Friday edition.
