Applicants are advised that all questions should be directed to the ZBA Board Assistant, not individual board members. All information regarding an application, whether in support or opposition is to be presented at the scheduled public hearing.  This information includes all documents submitted to the ZBA Board Assistant before that session of the public hearing.

Attempting to contact a board member individually regarding an application is inappropriate and can result in that individual's recusal from any action during the subsequent public hearing. Inappropriate contact, therefore, may affect the board's decision making process.
