Government

Wrentham is governed by a 5 member Board of Selectmen who are elected to serve staggered 3 year terms.

Larger issues are decided via a traditional New England Open Town Meeting. The Moderator presides over these meetings at which Articles are presented to voters. The Finance Committee contributes to the decision-making process by analyzing the impacts of Articles and offering their recommendations for or against as they deem appropriate.

Wrentham is also home to the District Court of Western Norfolk County. Wrentham District Court, as it is more commonly known, is located at 60 East Street at the far end of the common in the center of town. The main phone number at the Courthouse is 508-384-3106. There is a shortcut to the Courthouse website under "Links".
